To Whom It May Concern:
We had a new furnace installed in our home on Nov. 18th, 2004
Greg Andrada and your installer Jason were the ones who did the inspection and installation.
We had a dangerous situation with our furnace as the flue was not connected properly and that it was venting into the attic.
After they inspected the attic, Greg told us to not use the furnace until the new unit was installed, he also brought us 2 heaters to use in the meantime. They installed the new furnace, put in a complete new flue.
We are very pleased with our new system!
We cannot say enough about our 2 representatives in regards to their public relations, thoroughness, promptness and complete professionalism.
