During a routine furnace/heat pump check, Jeremy arranged to have Allen perform a maintenance and tune-up on my gas fireplace. Allen arrived on time, assessed the situation and proceded to take necessary action to ensure efficient operation of the fireplace. He answered all questions and provide thorough explanations about the mechanics of the fireplace. Jeremy gave me great customer service. He also checked out my water heater at no extra charge which I appreciated, I was worried it was leaking.  Jeremy informed me about future services that I could sign up for to keep my heater running efficiently.  He gave me the cost and reasons it was a good idea.  He convinced me and I will be calling when in our next home to have it serviced yearly.  I appreciated Jeremy’s friendly, professional, timely manner and I will definitely call back for more service!

I first met AAA during the ice storm when I blew the circuit board in my furnace. Not knowing any specific furnace company I began an internet search. After calling countless other companies AAA was the only company that had the part I needed and was able/willing to do the work the same day. I signed up for the service plan and since I have been greeted by professional, courteous and generally nice technicians. We had a new furnace installed in our home on Nov. 18th, 2004
Greg Andrada and your installer Jason were the ones who did the inspection and installation. We had a dangerous situation with our furnace as the flue was not connected properly and that it was venting into the attic. After they inspected the attic, Greg told us to not use the furnace until the new unit was installed, he also brought us 2 heaters to use in the meantime. They installed the new furnace, put in a complete new flue.We are very pleased with our new system! We cannot say enough about our 2 representatives in regards to their public relations, thoroughness, promptness and complete professionalism. We would highly recommend your company to anyone.
